Crawford-Yarger
Dr. and Mrs. Richard J. Yarger of Yakima announce the engagement of their son, Frederick Richard Yarger, to Katherine Lynn Crawford. She is the daughter of Jeffrey A. Crawford and Dr. Gayle P. Crawford.
The bride-to-be graduated cum laude from Dartmouth College with a bachelor's degree in government and earned her juris doctor degree from Duke School of Law. She is a judicial law clerk with the Colorado Supreme Court. The bridegroom-to-be graduated magna cum laude from Dartmouth College with a bachelor's degree in economics and earned his juris doctor degree with honors from the University of Chicago Law School. He will begin his judicial clerkship for the United States Court of Appeals in January.
A September wedding is planned in Cherry Hills, Colo.
Powell-Tavenner
Buz and Kathy Gosnell of Naches announce the engagement of their son, Randy Kyle Tavenner, to Jennifer Lynn Powell. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Brian and Veronica Mazie of Yakima, Todd and Andrea Powell of Arlington, Wash., and Margaret Powell of Seattle.
The bride-to-be graduated from Highland High School and earned her associate degree in business. The bridegroom-to-be graduated from Naches High School.

Lindsey Elizabeth Wallace and Ryan James Clark have announced their engagement. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Steve and Debbie Wallace of Ellensburg. The bridegroom-to-be is the son of Terry and Pam Clark of Bozeman, Mont., and Dick and Fay Rolfe of Cardwell, Mont.
The bride-to-be graduated from Kittitas High School and earned her bachelor's degree from Washington State University and her master's degree from Montana State University. She is an extension agent in Stillwater County, Mont. The bridegroom-to-be graduated from Belgrade High School and MSU. He is a self-employed rancher and ranch manager in Fishtail, Mont.
A Sept. 27 wedding is planned in Cardwell.

Jennifer Morrison and David England have announced their engagement. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Jim and Linda Morrison of Yakima. The bridegroom-to-be is the son of Wayne and Cora England of Yakima.
The bride-to-be is employed at Macro Plastics Inc. The bridegroom-to-be is employed at Nob Hill Water.
A Sept. 27 wedding is planned at the Yakima Area
Arboretum.
